Give away!

So here it is folks, my "glad you hung around for me" give away.
But....I was thinking let's make it a bit more fun! 


I remember when I was a young pup there was a t.v game show that always ended in the winner being asked to choose between a known prize........or choosing to "open the box!" The contestants never knew if the contents would be better or worse than the other prize but oh, how the audience would yell out for them to "OPEN THE BOX!"


So, here's my give away, 38 quarter yards of Bijoux and Pop Garden from Heather Bailey...........



Or..... here's the box!




What could possibly be in there? A pair of my nine year olds' dirty socks? A beautiful stack of Kokka fabric....who knows? And are you willing to take a chance?


All you have to do to have a chance to win (and let's be honest, you've got a flippin' good chance cos I've been off the radar for a long while) is leave a comment anytime between now and Sunday 2nd October and let me know in your comment which one you'd choose.

    I would almost be game enough to say the box except that I really like the fabrics you have chosen and I don't have anything much like that in my stash and I would like to have some .......so I will go with the fabric if I have a chance to win please! athanks for the chance!!!!

    I love, love, love the fabric but..... I like surprises so would have to go with the box!
    I've been away from blog land for awhile except reading and am now forced to sit for 8 weeks to recuperate from open heart surgery so am going to be back to my own blog I hope. And more time to sew!

    The box? God no, those fabrics are gorgeous. And if there IS something fabulous in the box then I'm happy to sit here with my fingers in my ears la-la-ing because those fabrics are GORGEOUS and I don't want to know if the box is better...is it? OK no! I don't want to know. I choose fabrics.

    I have terrible luck when it comes to these things so I would have to say give me the stack of fabric, please. :) I would, of course, ask to see what I was missing out on in the box (and what a pretty box it is) and pray that it wasn't better. Although, looking at the beautiful fabric it will be tough to beat! Thanks for hosting such an awesome give-away. :D

    The fabrics are gorgeous, but I'm in organizing mode right now and can't resist such a gorgeous box. Oh, the things I could store in there and enjoy looking at it while it works!

    Oh, I just realized you are in Australia and I'm in Texas. If I accidently win (and it would be an accident-I never win things), you don't really have to mail that box. I sometimes mail things to friends in Australia, and I know you would probably have to mortgage your first born to pay the postage. ;-) But it's still a lovely box. I'd just be thrilled to know I won something, even if I didn't actually get it. It's like winning a ribbon at the fair!

    Love, Love, Love the Box! The fabric is gorgeous but I would take the box. If it had stinky old socks so much the better :o) My 6 year old Cockapoo Sierra would think she died and went to heaven.

    I like to live on the edge. Plus a pair of dirty socks can be washed and made into sock puppets for my daughter. ;-)
